For Shay Neary, her mission is all about about visibility. From her work as a fashion model to her huge following on Instagram, she’s successfully used her career to help both the plus-size and transgender communities feel seen and represented—and encourage others to feel confident in their skin without having to edit who they are. So, when we were thinking of women who’ve had a great impact on moving fashion forward for our latest photo shoot, Shay was naturally at the top of our list.
