Exciting News!
Dia & Co launched a new collection alongside legendary fashion icon Diane Von Furstenberg and her namesake label, DVF. The fashion icon herself kicked off New York Fashion Week by hosting an intimate luncheon with our CEO Nadia Boujarwah. The event marked yet another designer brand expanding into plus on dia.com. The moment culminated years of innovation and dedication to making fashion more accessible. Believe it or not, Dia & Co’s CEO Nadia Boujarwah was once an intern at the illustrious Diane Von Furstenberg Studio. This experience molded her into the leader and fierce advocate for accessible fashion that she is today. We sat down with Nadia to get the behind-the-scenes story on this monumental moment and her favorite styles from the new collection.
Picture this…
it’s 2012, and Nadia Boujawah is a young and impressionable intern at Diane Von Furstenberg Studios. According to Nadia, getting her first peak into the world of fashion was an exhilarating adventure, “I loved watching the design process unfold and thinking about the special experiences each collection could create for clients.” At DVF, her personal style flourished as she discovered the transformative power of fashion. She noted, “I believe that style has the power to transform, and we should all dress the part for the life we want most!” Watching Diane Von Furstenberg, an “awe-inspiring” leader whose career boasts over five decades in the fashion industry, encouraged Nadia to advocate for women of all shapes and sizes.
“Expanding the inclusivity of fashion is core to our mission, and partnering with trailblazers like Diane is a big part of what makes that possible.”

Today, Nadia has grown Dia & Co into the leading marketplace for inclusive fashion. From Madewell to 11 Honoré, the best options for sizes 10-32 are represented in the hundreds of brands and thousands of styles available to shop. With over a million customers across the U.S., the DVF collection is creating the experience that Nadia only dreamed of when she was an intern at the fashion brand. “This is so meaningful for the Dia&Co marketplace and for me personally. Expanding the inclusivity of fashion is core to our mission, and partnering with trailblazers like Diane is a big part of what makes that possible.”
The Dia & Co x Diane Von Furstenberg collection features nine boldly printed dresses with classic DVF silhouettes in sizes 10 -18, of which Nadia is obsessed with the Ganessa Dress. “I love the sophistication of a midi length.” The styles are feminine, empowering exuding classic glamour.
