Every time I wear green, I get so many compliments. Blondes look great in green! Olive and emerald hues are ideal for fall—so is this tortoiseshell clutch.

My new bicoastal lifestyle has taught me what my personal style really is. No matter where I am, I like to take some easy wardrobe staples that I know I’m comfortable in and add a few eye-catching accessories to flaunt the latest trends or add a pop of color. I’m somewhere between a cool casual girl and a California boho girl, but hints of preppy style sometimes show themselves when I’m on the east coast.

Here are 3 totally-me looks with Dia’s latest pieces to inspire your own fall wardrobe.

1. Sunnyvale Maxi Dress

An effortless maxi is the perfect style to rock from summer to fall. This olive-green striped dress is cool and breezy for those high-temp days, but can easily be paired with booties and a denim jacket as the days get shorter and cooler.

I added a printed bandana to my low ponytail and threw on tortoiseshell earrings to warm up this cool-tone ensemble. Red sunglasses were the perfect finishing touch.

2. Roselyn Sleeveless Shell

Denim is a wardrobe staple thanks to its incredible versatility—and this denim-inspired tank is just as versatile as your favorite jeans. The striped pattern and neckline detailing give it a little something extra, but this tank was truly made to layer. I threw it on underneath a utility jacket, but it would be just as cute under a moto jacket or a cozy cardigan.

3. Anemone Studded Utility Jacket

Last year was when utility jackets first started to become ubiquitous. Not only are they totally trendy, but the trend has lasting power because they’re seriously utilitarian. This studded utility jacket has pockets for everything you could ever need. Plus, a zipper for those chilly nights make this jacket as useful as it is cool. Let’s go, cargo!

4. Chambers Skinny Jean

I wear denim more than just about any other item in my wardrobe because it goes with absolutely everything. I rarely need to dress up in business-casual attire or throw on a festive frock for a high-profile event, but I do like to look casual and put-together in my everyday attire. My distressed skinny jeans are the perfect way to give a cool-girl look a kicked-back, casual feel.

A statement skirt loves to be paired with statement pumps, but a casual tee grounds this outfit.

5. Je T’aime Crew Neck Tee

A simple white tee is a wardrobe staple, but one with just a hint of playful embroidery makes any outfit extra special. For date night, wearing a little something that says “I love you” makes the look feel intentional and sweet. So take this tee and rock it to your next date night! Bonus points if you eat at a French restaurant, or at least order french fries.

6. Buttercup Midi Skirt

Leopard print is having a serious moment right now. Everywhere you turn, you can spot spots or see someone slaying in snakeskin. This leopard-print faux-wrap midi skirt has such gorgeous movement—I was turning heads while walking down the street. Paired with gold jewelry and pumps, this skirt is purrfect for a date-night look.
