Every day, we’re inspired by the powerful voices in the Dia Community. While we’re constantly using your feedback and input to drive what we do, we wanted to give you, the community, an even bigger opportunity to directly impact the Dia&Co experience. We reached out through The Fashion FWD newsletter and the Dia&Co National Community Facebook group to bring you into the process of designing a new summer blouse for our latest collection. Thanks to your ideas, we’ve co-created something amazing—and it’s now available in our Shop!
We started by having you vote on three silhouettes and four color options to choose from. Through these votes, we landed on this stylish woven short-sleeve blouse with an adjustable tie in a sophisticated navy-based floral print. As the last step, we asked you to get creative and submit the names you felt reflected the piece’s essence. We received a long list of amazing submissions, but one, chosen by multiple community members, stood out the most—Community Garden. Much like a true community garden, this item flourishes thanks to your thoughtful consideration. The result is something beautiful that we hope you can wear with pride this summer and beyond!
